Sugar Cane Syrup Making, Southern Syrup-Makers tasting competition, food, speakers, vendors, Axe Throwing, live entertainment, the Geared Up Band, working Blacksmiths, Tarpon Springs Distillery, model trains running, all museum buildings open, demonstrators, Moonshine stories, exhibit, and samples. all museum buildings open with docents, many in time period attire. Non-profit 501(c)3

Admission: $10 adults, $5 Students, Under 5 free, free parking. Tickets at the gate only.
