The Krewe of the Knights of Sant’ Yago’s annual celebration of Tampa civic pride is back! The Sant’ Yago Knight Parade presented by MOR takes place Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019.
Thousands of costumed participants, special celebrity guests, and dozens of illuminated floats and marching bands roll down Seventh Avenue in historic Ybor City, tossing scores of beads to the tens of thousands of revelers and families that line the street.
The Knight Parade is presented by MOR and sponsored by City of Tampa Government. This year, Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn is the Grand Marshal and celebrity Steve Wilkos is a special guest.
The parade is a free, family-friendly event. We encourage attendees to arrive early to avoid traffic and grab dinner at one of the many wonderful restaurants in Ybor City. Then claim your spot along the parade route. If you’d like to ensure a better view of the parade, you can purchase bleacher seats online at www.knightparade.com.
