A number of national gym chains have opened up their online video platforms to assist you in staying healthy and active. Check out their offerings below. Please note that the availability may change without notice.



24 Hour Fitness

The gym chain is offering everyone free access to its 24GO app. This app is free and with the information you provide, the app builds a library of workouts, classes, articles and plans customized for your needs. There are 1,500 on-demand workouts. Don’t have a membership? No worries, just sign in with your name and email to get free access.


Anytime Fitness

Anytime Fitness is offering free daily workout videos for everyone at 8:30 am CT/9:30 am ET on their  Facebook page.Every day offers a different type of workout and some you may want to include the whole family. If you miss a workout you can easily access past videos on their page.



Beachbody on Demand

Try out Beachbody on Demand for their 14-Day Free Trial and stream workouts with a wide selection of trainers that will get you into shape

Daily Burn

Daily Burn is committing to 60 days of free workouts to help you active, strong and healthy during this difficult time.




Gold’s Gym

Planet Fitness

This Planet Fitness Trainers are bringing the heat as they lead you in daily Home Work-In from across the U.S. Join them on Facebook Live everyday at 7pm ET for 20-minute “work-ins.” The workouts can be done from home and don’t require any equipment.





STRONG by Zumba

STRONG by Zumba has several at-home high-intensity workout options on YouTube.


There are many Zumba instructors who are hosting their own classes. One of our favorites is Angela Remaley. Join her on Saturdays at 9:30 for Zumba Virtual class. Get on Zoom and add the Code 863-358-6007.  Come a little early or stay after to ask about the classes she holds on the week days.



The YMCA launched YMCA: 360 which offers a wide range of at-home workout videos that you can access on their website. The videos are free to everyone to access, regardless of membership.
