SPORTS CAMPS

Basketball Camp:
May 22-26 (week 1)
8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Rising 2nd-9th Grade
Cost: $140 ($220 for both basketball & volleyball camps. Lunch option available)
Registration: OPEN (Go to Skycrest Summer Camps)

Campers will learn ball-handling, shooting, rebounding, defense, and overall improvement of basketball skills along with a spirit of teamwork and good sportsmanship. All campers receive a camp t-shirt, and there will be a tournament on the last day of camp.

Volleyball Camp:
May 22-26 (week 1)
1:00-4:30 p.m.
Rising 2nd-9th Grade
Cost: $140 ($220 for both basketball & volleyball camps. Lunch option available)

Join us for a week of volleyball where campers can focus on fundamental skills through game-based drills and daily scrimmages. Our camp is for all levels of volleyball players. Campers will receive a camp t-shirt and a tournament on the last day of camp.

FINE ARTS CAMPS

Drama Camp:
June 12-16 (week 4)

Band Camp:
June 12-16 (week 4)
12:30-3:30 p.m.
Rising 6^th-9^th grade

We are excited to invite incoming 6th graders through 9th graders to our summer band and drama camps.  The day is split in half with Drama from 9-12 and Band from 12:30-3:30 PM.  Students can choose to do one or both.  A performance is given on Friday at 7:00 PM.

STEM CAMPS

Robotics Camp:
July 10-14 (week 8)
8:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Rising 5th-8th grade
Cost: $120

The Robotics Camp is for SKYCREST students only. It is geared toward students interested in joining the Skycrest Robotics Competition Club in the 2023/24 school year. During the school year, we meet every Wednesday after school from mid-August through the beginning of May, from 3:10 – 4:30 p.m. We typically compete in three or more competitions in Tampa on Saturdays. This week of camp will be a great introduction to the club, this year’s game, and the robot prototype (which we will be modifying).

Algebra 1 Readiness:
July 17-21
9:00 – 11:00 a.m.
Rising 7th-9th grades
Cost: $90

This program is designed for students who will be taking Algebra 1 in their 7th – 9th-grade year. Mr. Tyler Miller and Mr. Mike White will help students refine and improve their Pre-Algebra skills to help them prepare for Algebra 1 by utilizing instructional lessons, skills practice, activities, and games. Non-Skycrest students are eligible to attend. 

Geometry Readiness:
July 17-21
12:00 – 2:00 p.m.
Rising 8th-10th grades
Cost: $90
Registration: OPEN (Go to Skycrest Summer Camps)

This program is designed for students who have already completed Algebra 1 and will be taking Geometry in their 8th grade, Freshman, or Sophomore year of high school. Mr. Tyler Miller and Mr. Mike White will help students revisit and refresh basic Geometry concepts, skills, and vocabulary to help them get ready for formal Geometry by utilizing instructional lessons, skills practice, activities, and games. Non-Skycrest students are eligible to attend.

Jr. Adventure Camp (5 – 9-year-olds)
Our weekly camps offer a fun and exciting alternative for summer. Energetic camp counselors will keep your child active during our fun-filled weeks. Campers will experience 3-4 off-campus activities each week. While on campus, campers will participate in rock climbing, bounce houses, sports, water games, crafts, and much more!
