Camp Idlewild Summer Camp 2026

Camp Idlewild provides a summer camp experience created specifically for children and young adults with special needs. Campers spend a full week enjoying outdoor recreation, social activities, and skill-building programs while supported by trained staff in a welcoming environment.

Activities throughout the week encourage friendship, confidence, independence, and personal growth. Campers take part in games, creative projects, outdoor adventures, and group experiences designed to help them connect with others while having fun.

Youth Camp: 6 – 17 years old
Young Adult Camp (YAC): 18 – 30 years old

Camp Schedule:
Sunday – Friday

Check-in begins Sunday at 2:00 PM
Check-out Friday at 2:00 PM

2026 Camp Sessions:

• Session 1: June 7 – June 12

• Session 2: June 14 – June 19

• Session 3: June 21 – June 26

• Session 4: June 28 – July 3 (Young Adult Camp)

• Session 5: July 12 – July 17

• Session 6: July 19 – July 24 (Young Adult Camp)

• Session 7: July 26 – July 31

• Session 8: August 2 – August 7 (Young Adult Camp)

Camp Cost:

Early Bird Pricing:

• Overnight Camp: $825 per week

• Day Camp: $675 per week

Regular Pricing:

• Overnight Camp: $850 per week

• Day Camp: $700 per week
