Central Park Performing Arts Center Theatre Camps

Central Park Performing Arts Center (CPPAC) offers performing arts camps where kids explore acting, singing, dancing, and stage production. These programs help young performers develop confidence, teamwork, and stage skills while working with experienced teaching artists and theatre professionals.

Spring Break Musical Theatre Camp

Dates: March 16 – March 20, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Ages: 7 – 13

Students explore singing, acting, and dancing while learning music from popular Broadway shows. The week concludes with a showcase performance.

Cost:

• $150 (Members)
• $300 (Non-Members)

Summer Theatre Camps 2026

Mini Musical Theatre Camp: Movin’ & Groovin’

Dates: June 1 – June 5, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Ages: 5 – 7
Cost: $75

Young performers explore music, movement, and creative play while building confidence and teamwork. The camp ends with a family showcase.

Musical Theatre Camp: Today Is For Us!

Dates: June 1 – June 5, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Ages: 8 – 13
Cost: $160

Campers learn acting, vocal performance, and choreography while performing songs inspired by uplifting Broadway musicals.

Production Camp: Bye Bye Birdie

Dates: June 8 – June 27, 2026
Time:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Final rehearsal: June 26 (9 AM – 9 PM)
• Performances: June 27 (12 PM – 9 PM)

Ages: 13 – 18
Cost: $410

Students rehearse and perform the classic musical Bye Bye Birdie in a three-week theatre production experience.

Production Camp: Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr.

Dates: July 6 – July 25, 2026
Time:

• Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Final rehearsal: July 24 (9 AM – 9 PM)
• Performances: July 25 (9 AM – 4 PM)

Ages: 8 – 13
Cost: $410

Students develop acting, vocal, and dance skills while preparing a staged performance of Disney’s The Little Mermaid Jr.

Musical Cabaret Camp

Dates: July 27 – July 31, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Ages: 13 – 18
Cost: $160

Students work with theatre professionals to create an original cabaret performance focusing on storytelling, character development, and musical expression.
