EmpowHER Summer Program 2026
The EmpowHER Summer Program from Pasco County Emergency Management gives high school girls the opportunity to explore careers in emergency response and public safety. During this week-long program, participants meet professionals from agencies such as Emergency Management, Fire Rescue, 911 Emergency Services, the Sheriff’s Office, Communications, and the Florida Department of Health. Students gain hands-on insight into disaster response while also earning Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) certification and volunteer hours.
