Safety Harbor Leisure Services Summer Camps

Safety Harbor Leisure Services offers a wide variety of summer camps designed to keep kids active, creative, and learning throughout the summer. Programs take place at several community locations and include art, sports, outdoor adventure, water activities, and enrichment camps for different age groups.

These camps allow children to explore new interests, develop skills, and make friends while enjoying a fun and structured environment led by experienced instructors.

Summer camps run throughout June – August (multiple sessions available depending on the camp)

Examples of Camp Activities:

• Art, clay, jewelry making, sewing, and graffiti art
• LEGO building and STEAM science programs
• Cooking and baking camps
• Children’s theatre and magic camps
• Farm camps and nature exploration
• Kayaking, fishing, and paddleboarding
• Sports such as basketball, volleyball, tennis, lacrosse, and flag football

Age Groups:
Programs are available for a wide range of children, from preschool age (4+) to teens (up to 16+), depending on the specific camp.

Additional Programs:

• Teen Leader Program for students entering grades 8–12 who want leadership experience while assisting with summer camps.

Registration:

• Early registration begins March 1
• Resident registration March 2–8
• Open registration begins March 9
