Tampa Metropolitan Youth Orchestra

The Tampa Metropolitan Youth Orchestra provides superior orchestral training to aspiring young musicians in the Tampa Bay region. The goal of TMYO is to develop students’ skills through weekly rehearsals, professional musical coaching, and performance opportunities. TMYO has over 200 students, ages 6 through 19, who audition and are assigned to one of four orchestral groups. Rehearsals and performances are held at the University of South Florida’s School of Music.
