The Gasparilla ChildrenÛªs Extravaganza has set course for Tampa for Saturday, January 23, 2016.
This event was made for kids! Bring the whole family for a day filled with FREE pirate adventures, parades, crafts, and tons of activities.
GasparillaÛªs ChildrenÛªs Extravaganza is free for all to attend, alcohol-free and is from 11:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m.
2016åÊGasparilla ChildrenÛªs Extravaganza Schedule:
11 a.m.ÛÒ1 p.m. Bicycle & Pedestrian Safety Rodeo (Located on Bayshore Blvd, Between Rome and Dakota Avenue)
The Bicycle Rodeo will include free information on bicycle safety. While supplies last, kids will be fitted with a free bicycle helmet that they can keep.
1:30 p.m. ÛÒ 2:45 p.m. åÊGasparilla PreschoolerÛªs Stroll (Beginning at Howard Avenue and ending at Rome Avenue)
Dress up your little preschooler in pirate attire so they can strut their stuff along åÊBayshore Boulevard.
2:45 p.m. ÛÒ 3:15 p.m. Gasparilla Air Invasion
The United States Special Operation Jump Team will perform a parachute jump that will surely entertain.
3:30 p.m. ÛÒ 6:00 p.m. ChildrenÛªs Gasparilla Parade
Parade begins at Bay to Bay and Bayshore, proceeds north along Bayshore, and the parade ends at Edison Avenues & Bayshore and is 1.7 miles long.
6:15-6:30 p.m.åÊGasparilla Air Invasion

7:00 p.m. ÛÒ 7:30 p.m. ÛÏPiratechnicÛ Extravaganza
Enjoy th eamazing ÛÏPiratechnicÛ display as your family enjoysåÊthe sea battle between the pirates of Ye Mystic Krewe of Gasparilla and the City of Tampa.
