It’s true, for the very first year Chick-fil-A Tampa Bay will sponsor the Children’s Gasparilla event, the annual kids theme events that compliments the historic Tampa Gasparilla celebrations.
“We are proud to present the Children’s Gasparilla event,” said Russ Voor, Franchise Operator of Chick-fil-A in Clearwater. “This event is a perfect fit for us as it aligns with what we’re all about – family fun and community spirit.”
We here at Family-Friendly Tampa Bay are excited for the 2019 Children’s Gasparilla event. Chick-fil-A is one of our favorite food spot and we love the family focused agenda that they have. Make sure to stop by our tent on Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m for some free family-friendly activities.
This alcohol-free event focuses on family-friendly activities along Bayshore Boulevard including the Gasparilla Preschooler’s Stroll presented by ZooTampa at Lowry Park, a SOCOM Day Jump, the Children’s Gasparilla Parade, a SOCOM Night Jump, and lastly the Gasparilla “Piratechnic” Extravaganza following the parade.
2019 Gasparilla Preschooler’s Stroll:
1) Stroll will start at 1:30pm on January 19, 2019.
2) Stroll will start at HOWARD AVENUE and end at ROME AVENUE
3) Howard Bleacher seating will have a view of the stroll.
2019 Gasparilla Children’s Parade:
1) Parade will start at 3:30pm on January 19, 2019 until 6:00pm
2) Parade will begin at Bay to Bay Blvd. & Bayshore Blvd., proceed north along Bayshore, and parade ends at Edison Ave.
Reserved Bleacher Seat Tickets for the Children’s Gasparilla Parade are $40 in advance, plus tax. First Mate (First Row) Reserved Chair Seating is $50 in advance, plus tax. Scully Club Tickets include private seating and a catered lunch and are $135 for Adults and $85 for Children 12 and under, in advance, plus tax.
