Developed from the ever popular MGM screenplay, this production contains the beloved songs from the Oscarå¨-winning movie score, all the favorite characters and iconic moments, plus a few surprises along the way, including new songs.

For The Straz Center Broadway Family Night, come one hour before The Wizard of Oz for free, fun pre-show festivities for kids and their grown-ups. Crafts, characters and Patel Conservatory activities come to life in the Ferguson Lobby, and Straz partners Lowry Park Zoo, Magic 94.9,Tampa Bay Parenting magazine, WMOR and the Hillsborough County Library will also be there.
