A local favorite, Rossi Park is situated near the ArtCenter Manatee and the South Florida Museum. If you’re still not sure you’re at the right place, look above to find the parks unique, and tall clock tower that has a 1920s era lamp posts and path.
Open all week during the day and for special events in the evenings, this park has a lighted boardwalk, a brick promenade, a 400 seat amphitheater and a playground.
You will also find a granite memorial dedicated to firefighters, police, and EMTs. A memorial service is held every Sept. 11th at the park. It is a great place for the family to watch the pelicans, birds and fish on the river water and enjoy the splash pad.
