Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony

Pack up your blankets and kick-off the holiday season by enjoying live entertainment from the St. Petersburg Community Band, Radio Disney, and Entertainment Review All Stars.

Food will be available for purchase and entrance is free to the public.

Cost: Free

When: Friday, November 28th from 5-7p.m.

Snowfest at North Straub Park

Who says it doesn’t snow in Florida? At North Straub Park, 65 tons of snow is expected to make ground fall. The annual holiday Snowfest celebration is a great family event that includes a climbing wall, reindeer races, giant slide, art tent, moonwalk, and ‰ÛÏglice‰Û ice skating.

The Snowfest also features a fun Kiddyland area suitable for pre-schoolers with inflatable games, cookie decorating, and more. $5 Wristbands åÊinclude all activities, advance sales at city recreation centers.

Cost: $5 for wristband

When: Saturday, December 6th from 10:30 a.m. -3 p.m.

St. Petersburg Santa Parade

It seems like the Holiday season wouldn’t be complete without a good ol‰Ûª parade. The St.Petersburg Santa parade is family fun with community bands, a host of floats and much more to ring in the holiday season.

Parade begins on Central Avenue, travels east to the water and then north.

Cost: FREE

When: Saturday, December 6 at 10 a.m.

Glice and Santa in the Park

Enjoy gliding for a 30 minute session on the rink. Socks are required. If you forget yours, socks are available for $1. There will also be free visits with Santa Claus until 9 p.m.

When: December 6-7, 11-14, 18-23rd from 6-9 p.m.

Cost: $5 (Skates included)
