Tampa Bay's 2015 Family Fall Festivals, Fairs & Halloween Events

So many Fall Festivals and Halloween Events to choose from in the Tampa Bay area. Here is a great list of events that are both filled with fun and some fright.

1. Horsepower for Kids Fall Festival Fundraiser
