Water Works Park Splash Pad

The Water Works Park is located in heart of downtown Tampa. This park includes an interactive splash pad area for kids with a large yellow bucket that regularly dumps loads of water directly onto anyone underneath the bucket. Definitely a feature loved by children.

There are other water features that keeps kids entertained and cool on those hot Florida days. In addition to the fun splash area, there is a playground structure nearby that gives kids a break from the water play.

 

Surrounding Amenities:

Festival Lawn: An open grass space for festivals, concerts, movies in the park and even a picnic.

Dog Park: Dog Park is a shady, fenced dog park that can accommodate large and small dogs.

Covered and shaded picnic spots: Bring your own lunch and take a seat at the tables at Water Works Park. There are limited tables, so come early to get a spot.

Boat Dock and Water Taxi Stop: Dock your boat and enjoy the park or hop on the Pirate Water Taxi and catch breathtaking views of downtown and the Tampa Riverwalk from the water.

 

Riverwalk Benches: Take a stroll with the family and enjoy the waterfront views along Tampa’s Riverwalk are the best seats in Tampa. Stroll along the Riverwalk or visit nearby Armature Works and Ulele Restaurant.
